Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email luke@3dtodoor.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Please pack items securely and keep proof of postage. Return all supplied parts. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, including assembly or painting.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. When you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost; any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is excluded.

Your statutory rights

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day returns offer is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
